On December 13th 1998, two bodies were recovered from the wreck of a collapsed warehouse in the Bridgewater District of Anagood City. Upon investigation it was confirmed that the identities of these two individuals were Chester Howls and Marshall McKaire.

'Dec. 13th 1998' by Ricky Jamaraz follows the fictitious narrative of Chester and Marshall, with 12 tracks varying in style from folk rock to shoegaze, slacker rock to slowcore. All completely independently written and recorded by Ricky himself in his bedroom, this is the ultimate indie album.
